SaasAnt Transactions is a well-liked bulk import/export/edit tool for
QuickBooks Online, built around files — export, fix in a spreadsheet,
re-import, re-map fields. Instabooks takes the opposite approach: it
mirrors your QBO ledger into a fast web app and batch-edits vendor,
customer, class, and category directly on the whole ledger, with no
file round-trip and no per-upload row caps.
Transaction Pro (now part of Rightworks) is a long-established import,
export, and delete utility for QuickBooks. What it doesn't do is edit
the transactions you already have — to change data you delete and
re-import. Instabooks batch-edits your existing QBO ledger in place —
vendor, customer, class, category — and syncs back, no
delete-and-reimport.
