Labs LLC ("Company") uses to operate the instabooks Service.
Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations of
confidentiality and data protection. The categories of data
processed and the purposes of processing are described in Our

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Provider: Amazon Web Services, Inc.
- Purpose: Cloud hosting, compute, storage, databases, secrets management, and supporting infrastructure for the Service.
- Data location: United States.

Intuit Inc.
- Provider: Intuit Inc.
- Purpose: Source and destination of QuickBooks Online data. We access and write data to Your Intuit account on Your behalf based on the OAuth scopes You authorize. Intuit is not a subprocessor in the traditional sense — it is the upstream data source — but We disclose the relationship here for completeness.
- Data location: Intuit's infrastructure (United States and globally).

- Provider: PostHog Inc.
- Purpose: Product analytics — event capture, feature usage measurement, and product performance analysis to help Us understand and improve the Service.
- Data location: United States.

Sentry
- Provider: Functional Software, Inc. (d/b/a Sentry).
- Purpose: Application error monitoring and performance diagnostics to help Us detect, debug, and fix issues.
- Data location: United States.

Changes
We may engage new subprocessors as the Service evolves. When We
do, We will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
Material additions will also be announced through Our normal
product update channels. If You have signed a data processing
agreement that requires advance notice of new subprocessors,
We will provide notice as required by that agreement.
